On Saturday June 25th the AYC has partnered with the Aldan Swim Club to host our season ending award ceremony and pool party celebration! Our club will have full access to the pool all day long with games, food, prizes, and much more!!!!! We do need the following from our awesome AYC families;
-Each member of your family will be charged the low price of $5 per person to enter. You can pay by cash or Venmo at entrance.
-We are asking that we keep this to participating AYC immediate families. Please tell friends, cousins, and well wishers that maybe they can come another time.
-Due to insurance reasons and lifeguard staffing we have to tell the pool how many people we're bringing. Therefore (and this is very important) YOU MUST RSVP TO THIS EVENT!!!!! If you do not, you will not be able to attend and there are no exceptions.
There is only ONE way to RSVP;
1. Respond to the email sent on 6/13 or email the club directly with the names of everyone that will be attending (player, parents, siblings etc).
Do NOT attempt to RSVP in the following ways;
1. Telling a coach or AYC official that "we'll be there".
2. Writing down "XYZ Family". We need the names of each attendee.
3. Showing up to the pool on the 25th asking to come in.
4. Texting a coach or AYC official.
The cutoff date is June 20th to RSVP!!!!!!!! Again, no exceptions. If we don't have your names in writing by that date.......sorry, no entry.
The gates will open to AYC members at 12pm and the pool is open until 8pm. The Swim Club has graciously allowed us to stay the entire day.
